JOB SUMMARY
Serves as the strategic leader for all technology hardware used by the organization. Serves as the Vice President of Information Security Officer. Plans, leads, and builds strong teams to continually improve and optimize technical infrastructure. Ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of NCH systems and data. Guides and coaches the organization on technical and security requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation within areas as assigned. Assigned areas include technology, project management, and security.
· Manages activities of direct reports to including but not limited to performance appraisals, assisting with professional growth and coaching, daily operational activities to support business operations, and disciplinary actions.
· Prepares detailed presentations of system designs, pricing, and analysis for day-to-day operations as well as projects and expansion.
· Oversees vendor relationships.
· Evaluate existing systems, identify deficiencies, and make performance recommendations. Perform analysis and capacity planning and assessment for organizational systems and applications to meet corporate objectives.
· Participate in ongoing support and maintenance of existing systems and applications. Perform after-hours maintenance as required.
· Create and maintain detailed project plans, scope of work, and technical documentation regarding enterprise systems.
· Provide research, assessment, and implementation of new technologies, hardware, and software to advance the services rendered by the organization.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
·Minimum of a master’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.
· Minimum of 15 years required. Experience may be a combination of information technology, clinical, and or business operations.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to solve complex problems in a timely manner.
· Accurate with good attention to detail.
· Ability to work under own initiative / self-motivated.
· Experience working in a large cross-functional team environment.
· Supervisory skills – Demonstrated ability to lead people and produce results through others.
· Experience with information technology optimization.
· Must have a working knowledge of the industry. This includes but not limited to configuration management principles and practices, software development lifecycle, and network/application security practices.
· Previous supervisory experience is required.
· Experience in a healthcare environment is required.
· Experience in improving end user satisfaction while upholding departmental policies and procedures.
· Ability to triage issues and prioritize work for the team.
· Ability to assist with strategic planning and budgeting.
· Must have the ability to travel between locations.
· Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Visio).
· Certification: Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP).
· Intermediate computer knowledge: Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
