Hiring Process

After we identify a potential match in skills and experience to the position applied for, a recruiter or hiring manager will reach out soon after to schedule an interview (either in person or by phone).
The hiring manager and/or a peer will interview applicants by phone, in-person, and/or video.

Plan Ahead: Be prepared but also be you! Review the job descriptions and qualifications. Does it sound like you? Our values are important to us, be ready to let us know how yours align with ours! Take a deep breath... we’re friendly!
Your Resume: Be organized and neat! Check for grammatical errors and include relevant work experience. We don’t need fancy fonts to like you!
Shine Bright: If you have any career successes you are proud about... share them! It’s okay to brag a bit. We love to know your abilities and how we can help you achieve continued success and growth with us!
If you are selected for the position, your recruiter will contact you with an offer and provide more details about the next steps.
An Onboarding Specialist will contact you two weeks before your start date to set up your onboarding appointment and provide pre-hire modules to complete beforehand.
Upon completion of your onboarding, we will see you at the new hire orientation—look forward to our fun "passport" program!
