    2025 OR RN Fellowship Program - Start Date July 28, 2025

    NCH is committed to the growth and development of nurses within our health system, plus opportunities for new graduates and experienced acute care nurses outside of the NCH to apply to the OR Nursing Fellowship. To support a nurse’s development in Surgical Services, NCH has developed a fellowship program that supports transition to practice throughout the year. The program is 12-14 weeks, consisting of computer modules, simulation, and precepting within the department in our North Naples or Downtown campus.

    For the July Fellowship application, the window is open now through July 4, 2025.

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Candidates WITHOUT OR experience that will complete the fellowship program

  • BSN preferred.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
  • Required to sign a Fellowship agreement which includes a 2-year employment commitment to remain in Intensive Care Unit in a full-time position after completion of training.
