JOB SUMMARY
Performs site-specific operational functions as determined by ARO and client. A Level I CSR must pass the required sections of the core curriculum training.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties may be assigned.
· Performs basic and specialty functions of copiers
· Operates all binding equipment
· Performs basic maintenance on site equipment – includes but is not limited to changing tape rolls; change ink cartridges; loading paper; replacing toner and/or staple cartridges; clearing jams
· Places service calls for designated equipment
· Sorts and distributes incoming mail and packages
· Assists in opening/closing site under management supervision
· Practices company’s quality standards
· Performs standard file pulls/refiles
· Performs internal/external messenger deliveries/pick ups/ processes a variety of incoming and outgoing mail/overnight courier services
· Cleans/stocks kitchen areas
· Provides food/beverage set ups for conference rooms
· Maintains clean and organized site
· Provides assistance and/or solutions to client questions and problems
· Completes projects assigned by management and/or client
· Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of High School/GED.
· Prior industry experience, either internal and external, required.
· Required qualities include customer service oriented, dependable, enthusiasm, punctual, organized, self-directed, self-motivated, and team player.
· Must be able to perform light to medium lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and push wheeled carts and/or dollies; large amount of time spent standing and walking.
