JOB SUMMARY
The NCH Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) ensures alignment and coordination of all NCH enterprise level activities to achieve NCH’s mission of “helping everyone live a longer, happier, and healthier life.” The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, EPMO, is responsible for independently leading data analytics, development, validation, and presentation of operational and strategic performance data. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will be part of the EPMO team to collect, integrate, analyze, and present data as well as develop key takeaways and answers to strategic questions. This position will also (1) manage and meet reporting deadlines for assigned deliverables and ad hoc reports and (2) work collaboratively with stakeholders across the health system to ensure data is organized, coordinated, and effectively answers strategic questions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Independently completes strategic and operational analytical data assessments and reports; presents findings to operational committees, senior leaders, and other teams.
· Responsible for the design, build and implementation of market data reports, performance scorecards, and other analytical tools.
· Performs complex data analysis with advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables), Powerpoint, Power BI, and other software as appropriate.
· Develops a detailed understanding of market, volume, and physician liaison data (e.g., Intelliclient, Epic, and Marketware).
· Accesses, exports, and manipulates data from several data sources to develop informed solutions.
· Understands the strengths and limitations of existing data sources; develops comprehensive recommendations for additional data sources or reports.
· Responsible for analyzing and producing accurate and timely reports and presentations for the organization, board committees, senior leaders, and others as requested.
· Assimilates data across multiple sources to produce comprehensive reports highlighting trends and patterns; works with the data analytics team to create standing dashboards.
· Works with the EPMO project due diligence team in the development of business plans, forecasts, and other project planning data needs.
· Establishes project data shared sites (i.e., SharePoint) ensuring that documentation is maintained at all times.
· Organizes reports, contracts, project documents, and financial data for easy access to appropriate team members.
· Supports the preparation of status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
· Supports the needs of NCH service lines in developing business and operational plans, capital projects, and other initiatives.
· Supports the creation of ad hoc reports.
· Follows EPMO best practice guidelines, workflows, policies, and procedures.
· Works collaboratively with project managers, directors, VP, administrative staff, and other colleagues.
· Supports efforts to submit EPMO performance reports and other ad hoc reports as requested.
· Assist VP EPMO with additional ad hoc projects as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, mathematics, or related field and a minimum with 5 years of experience OR Master’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field and with 2 years of experience required.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel or advanced data analytics software.
· Advanced computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
· Familiarity of medical terminology, clinical diagnosis, and procedures is preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written skills to interface with physicians, healthcare leaders, board members, and other healthcare stakeholders.
· Must have demonstrated experience in data visualization and presentation of data.
· Ability to prioritize based on deadlines.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
